Office Varna

We transformed the rooftop floor of an office building in Varna into a modern 2,500 sq.m work ecosystem where the corporate environment meets the sea horizon. The new space features 120 flexible workstations, a variety of meeting areas, phone booths, and a high-tech Surf Studio. The interior draws inspiration from the sea—natural materials, light tones, and accents in blue, yellow and green. The atrium has been transformed into a bright social hub filled with greenery, meeting spots and a library. Another major achievement is the new 500 sq.m terrace—an outdoor workspace with event areas, a bar zone and relaxation corners with panoramic views of the Black Sea. The project emphasizes light, nature, sustainability and flexibility, creating a healthy and inspiring work environment for the team.
