Residential Building on str. Kozloduy, city of Sofia

In this project we were faced with the challenge to lower the excessive height in combination with the narrow face and at the same time to ensure an even and favorable exposure of each apartment. The vertical volume was divided horizontally by the cladding panels and wooden cladding. Conciseness and simplicity subordinated to the function were sought in the three-dimensional design. The volumetric and spatial solution was laconic and simple, subordinated to the function.
