Single-family Residential Building, Kv. Cross Vada

The family house in the big city just a few hundred meters from the Paradise Center turns out to be a special case. The project in Krastova Vada testifies to how valuable small homes with a high level of luxury and modern vision can be built in the capital. The design of the facade is based on using traditional natural materials - cladding of natural stone slabs - tarpaulin - double-sided / sanded, thermowood cladding, polyester coated sheet metal / system - Schlebach roofing slats /, laid on a slatted grille and overlay mineral plaster.
