The building is located in a rapidly developing business district with excellent infrastructure and close proximity to the Ring Road, in the section between Simeonovsko Shosse Blvd. and Cherni Vrah Blvd.
The surrounding buildings are mainly new ones for commercial and public services with low and medium construction and height up to 15 m.
There are several approaches to the building – pedestrian, by car and by bicycle.
The office building is designed with five above-ground levels and one basement level, and the roof is designed as a place to relax with a beautiful view over Sofia city and Vitosha Mountain.
