The reconstruction of the legendary in the past restaurant “Peshterata” (“The Cave”) at the foot of Lakatnik cliffs was a real design challenge.
The restaurant is located in the Iskar Gorge, on the approach to the eco-trail for climbing Lakatnitski rocks, the cave “Black Hole”, the karst spring “Zhitolyub” (the shortest river in Bulgaria), the alpine shelter “Eagle’s Nest” and many other attractions on the territory of the Municipality of Svoge and the Nature Park “Vrachanski Balkan”.
For us, the development of the project was a long process of research and clarification of a bunch of administrative, structural, geological and other cases. In the end, the project withstood all the tests, implemented in the form in which it was designed.
