Vila Zdravec

Beginning as a redevelopment of an already existing building from the 90s, this project resulted in a wonderful modern home with high quality of comfort. The main problem here was how to bring new life to the building, while complying with the client's wishes and the characteristics of the environment. The answer was emphasizing the good qualities of the existing architecture and adding our interpretation of a home, located at the foot of the mountain. This was made possible with the functional interior, clinker bricks for the facade and attention to details. Finally, when ideas come to life with the help of a professional project manager, good results are guaranteed.
