The landscape of the area and the valuable vegetation found in the property inspired us to develop the concept of the residential building in the capital’s Simeonovo district.
The landscape of the area and the valuable vegetation found in the property inspired us to develop the concept of the residential building in the capital’s Simeonovo district. The house is on three levels with a built-up area of 125 sq.m.
On the other hand, some of the rooms are oriented to the north, where there is a panoramic view of the Sofia valley. The facades are made of natural materials – stone, wood and plaster, in order to unobtrusively and harmoniously fit into the picturesque environment. The building was realized in 2022.
